Ralph Paterno has represented injured workers as an attorney since 1988. He served as a partner at the San Francisco law firm Airola, Williams, Otis and Paterno from 1990 to 1992; opened his own law practice in Oakland; and then joined Boxer+Gerson in 2005. He currently divides his time between the firm’s Oakland headquarters and managing its downtown office that serves clients in the North Bay.
In addition to serving as a mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Department of Insurance, Ralph has also worked as a teacher in two inner-city elementary schools.
Ralph plays in two bands, and writes and performs as a singer-songwriter.
Ralph enjoys tending to his garden, goats, and chickens in the North Bay countryside.
