Dikla Dolev joined Boxer & Gerson, LLC at the beginning of 2016 after spending the previous seven years as a workers’ compensation specialist for two northern California law firms-first in Sacramento and then in Oakland.
Prior to those positions, she served as staff attorney for a child advocacy organization that represented foster youths in dependency proceedings. While in law school at Hastings College of the Law, she developed a strong background in legal writing and research, skills that serve her well in the often complex workers’ compensation cases she undertakes on behalf of clients. Her experience working with insurance companies also provides her with a unique, multi-faceted window on the negotiation process that can lead to advantageous settlements before trial.
When off the job, Dikla maintains a longtime interest in world travel, recreational soccer, pleasure reading, and spending time with her husband, daughter and extended family.
