In a recent post I noted that the U.S. Department of Labor had ordered Cal/OSHA to respond to a list of concerns triggered by a formal complaint filed by a health and safety activist group (see link to my post below).
Cal/OSHA director Juliann Sum has now responded, sending a seven page formal response dated July 30, 2015 to Federal OSHA area director David Shiraishi. Sum’s rebuttal to the federal OSHA findings and recommendations regarding a Complaint About State Program Administration (CASPA) can be found here:
