Biography:
To Bert Arnold, the best part about being a workers’ compensation attorney is delivering to a client well-deserved benefits that have been wrongfully delayed or denied. Since beginning his practice in 1986, he has succeeded in helping thousands of injured workers obtain relief from the abuses of employers and insurance carriers.
A partner at Boxer & Gerson, LLP, Bert is certified as a specialist in workers’ comp by the State Bar of California and has been recognized as one of Northern California’s Super Lawyers by San Francisco Magazine in 2005 and 2006. In addition to his long-running workers’ comp practice, he also has trial experience in criminal, personal injury and real property cases.
In addition to having been a guest speaker and lecturer on workers’ comp, Bert is currently an officer on the State Bar Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee. He is also a member of California Applicants’ Attorneys Association’s Board of Governors.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Bert received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Davis, and his law degree from San Francisco Law School. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as sports, skiing and building and riding motorcycles.
