Senior Litigation partner John Anton, in a co-counsel role with Conchita Lozano-Batista of the Weinberg, Roger office of Alameda, settled a case against PG&E and a co-defendant engineer for $1.3 Million. Our client, a laborer at the demolition of PG&E’s Hunters Point Power Plant in San Francisco, suffered multiple career ending injuries in the power plant collapse.
