Ralph has represented injured workers continuously since 1988. He was a partner from 1990-1992 in the San Francisco law firm Airola, Williams, Otis and Paterno, prior to opening his own law office in Oakland. Ralph has served as a mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission and the California State Department of Insurance. He is also a credentialed teacher (K-12). Ralph started his of counsel relationship with Boxer & Gerson, LLP in 2005.
